United Food Industries, Ltd

 United Food Industries was established in Egypt by the year 1987 as an Ice cream Manufacturer. Then the company started producing Ice Cream Stabilizers blends for internal factory use. By the year 1991 we standardized the ice cream stabilizers blends for selling in the Egyptian market and thus UFI was the first ice cream stabilizer manufacturer in Egypt. Afterwards we started developing our stabilizers range by offering diversified products to the dairy sector. We took a further step and started importing raw materials for our factory consumption and for a wide range of food sectors such as hallawa, chocolate, juice, and meat. By the year 1997 we started producing bakery ingredients such as topping creams, filling creams, decorating jellies and cake improvers. Our sister Company, Arab African Trading Center (AATC) started in 2006 as a trading company widening the variety and range of products. Together the two companies now service over than 10 major food segments throughout the Middle East.
